3 Tips in Preparing for the Time Change

It always seems that “springing forward” is more difficult than “falling behind.” Losing an hour can have more negative effects if you’re not prepared for it. Here are some tips to keep in mind for the time change:
1. Put a notice in your calendar the day before.
2. Go to bed an hour earlier.
3. Remember the clocks that won’t automatically change, like your watch or car.
